Art Pancake’s Rent-All, Inc. has been a trusted name in Middle Tennessee since 1959. Founded by Art and Larene Pancake, the company has remained family-owned and operated for over 65 years. Originally started as an equipment rental business, it has grown to include Party & Wedding Rentals and a Feed & Garden Supply division. Today, the third generation, Cliff and Joe Pancake, manage operations, while the fourth generation, Jessica and Tanner Pancake, continue the family tradition.

The Equipment Rentals store, located on Nolensville Pike, provides a wide range of tools and machinery for homeowners and contractors, including equipment for construction, concrete work, aerial lifts, landscaping, and more. Propane refills are also available. The Party & Wedding Rentals store on Haywood Lane supplies everything needed for weddings, corporate events, and celebrations, including tents, tables, chairs, linens, china, flatware, and sound equipment. The Feed & Garden Supply division offers Purina livestock feed, premium pet food, and lawn and garden products.
